This process will be an invaluable learning curve in your toolkit for living. Through my coaching techniques, we will explore the different areas of your life and enlighten you to help you discover what is truly important, whilst reminding you of your values, which will keep you focused on your achievements.

Coaching is about goal setting, planning, and prioritising. It’s about tweaking behaviours to live a happier and more fulfilled life, and this can be easily accomplished through support, encouragement, and accountability - all these steps will lead you to your Well Life Vision.

How does the coaching process work?

This is about embarking on a journey together. Many coaches teach their clients how to climb the mountain alone, yet as a Wellness Coach, I will join you on this experience. I will guide you up and take each step alongside you as you demonstrate the skills and awareness that you have acquired.

Depending on your goals, I offer individual, 6 or 12 sessions. I offer three wellness programmes, each designed around four life challenges I know all too well. Having experienced each of these challenges, I know the remedies outlined in each programme will enhance your success of overcoming these often-overwhelming situations and will instil clarity into your life. This will enable you to find ways of anchoring negativity and to move forward with a more positive mindset.

The process of coaching

GETTING TO KNOW YOU: Exploration and assessing your current situation. A non-judgemental and trusting space to share in confidence.

YOUR PLAN/AGENDA: Co-creating a personalised wellness plan, using interactive tools/charts to give you deeper insight.

ACCOUNTABILITY: Keeping yourself accountable with my support via email and WhatsApp check-ins in between sessions.

PROGRESS: Evaluating ongoing progress. Weekly tracking and celebrating WINS.

SUCCESS: Seeing your success achieved in your goals. Your Well Vision taking shape.

Securing your Well Life Vision

Together we will create your Well Life Vision with ease via the 360° Wellness Mapping™ method. This vision will be the over-arching image of yourself, functioning at your best in all aspects of your life. Part of this process will be creating an inspirational statement of what this vision looks like to you, and this will then provide you with the direction, motivation, and clarity about what you would like to achieve.

I will combine my expertise to create an all-encompassing mind and body approach to your Well Life Vision, helping you to tackle some of life’s toughest transitions. We will set out goals to keep you on track and inspire and help you to stay present in the here and now. This is about focusing your mind and getting your life back to how you really want it.


The powerful partnership of Coaching and Yoga

There is an amazing link between coaching and yoga, and I believe that the two come hand-in-hand.

The ability to focus is imperative when tackling difficult times. Life’s struggles will always arise, yet it’s how you react to them that matters. As we all know, yoga is truly transformative. It resets the mind; it soothes the soul, and it improves the condition of the body. Combining the powers of coaching and yoga will direct you on your wellness path in the best possible way.

As well as improving your overall health and fitness, yoga centres the mind and this is why it plays an integral role in my coaching programmes. Through yoga you will learn a new way to breathe, you’ll build resilience physically and mentally, you’ll be introduced to new routines, and you’ll learn the ability to navigate through life with more clarity.

Whilst we work together on defining your goals, rediscovering your values, and reinstating your self-belief, you’ll also learn the power of yoga to feel stronger in your body, and your mind. I am with you every step of the way as your life coach and yoga teacher. Week by week as you practice yoga and take on the methods I’ll teach you, you’ll notice your balance and positivity slowly restore.  Your body will feel stronger, your mind will feel clearer and before you realise it, you’ll be living your Well Live Vision and feeling more like yourself again.

Yoga brings awareness, mindfulness, expression, and confidence. Wellness coaching is about personal growth and addresses imbalances in your life. As this is one of my longer programmes, it will give us a chance to really build a bonding relationship across 12 sessions and will help you to gain your sense of calm and positivity again. You will feel thoroughly supported by me as your coach and yoga teacher as I guide you towards the person you want to be and the life you want to lead.

Peri/Postnatal Adjustment: For postnatal calmness. To feel connected to your baby, your body, and your mind.

This 6-session programme for new mums will help you adjust smoothly and calmly into motherhood with my doula expertise and female support.  This programme is designed to fit in with the changes in your new life where you might be short of time. It focuses on time out for you, and connectedness with your new baby and your family.

Expert doula support, sign–posting, and coaching to guide you through body changes and baby changes.

Knowing when the time is right to reach out for further support.

Developing a healthy and nourishing eating plan for the family with the least effort, allowing you more time for yourself, your baby, and your family.
