As this is one of my longer programmes, it will give us a chance to really build a bonding relationship across 12 sessions and will help you to gain your sense of calm and positivity again. You will feel thoroughly supported by me as your coach and yoga teacher as I guide you towards the person you want to be and the life you want to lead.
